On the ground floor, entrance hall, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with lounge and dining room, and the bathroom. On the 1st floor, a table football on the landing with library, 1 bedroom with 2 120x190 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds (more recommended for children). View of the canal and the lock, quiet, ideal for fishing (with a fishing license) and walks along the canal.
