This charming duplex studio decorated in the spirit of the Bassin d'Arcachon is located in a quiet area of Arès, 5 minutes walk from the shops in the town centre and 10 minutes by bike from the port and St Brice beach overlooking the Ile aux oiseaux. With a 30 m2 private terrace, you can have lunch or relax without facing the neighbours. Ideal accommodation to discover the region: ocean beaches 20 minutes away, Cap Ferret lighthouse 35 minutes away, Bordeaux and Arcachon 1 hour away, Mérignac airport 45 minutes away...
Very attached to the Bassin d'Arcachon I will be delighted to welcome you in my accommodation, ideal to discover this magnificent region. I appreciate travelling, nature and decoration. I have fitted out this duplex so that you will feel at home. A real little cocoon, very well equipped, a stone's throw from the lake and close to all the important sites to visit, it has been designed so that you will have a very pleasant stay: alone, as a couple or as a family with young children. I will be happy to show you all the secret places and good addresses in the basin. See you soon!
Arès is a typical and charming town of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Located between Andernos (pedestrian shopping street, casino, discotheque and cinema) and Lège-Cap-Ferret and facing Arcachon, it is an excellent compromise for visiting the region while limiting travel. Its family atmosphere is very pleasant and there are many cycle paths. On Tuesday mornings, you can stroll through the market where you will find all the typical products of our beautiful region. But you also have access to the many shops and restaurants in the centre of the village, just a few steps from the house. Finally, you will find the LECLERC and LIDL supermarkets on the outskirts of the town, a McDonald's, as well as a large shopping centre with many well-known brand shops. The neighbourhood in which the property is located is very quiet and residential. Nearby, the old oyster port overlooks the Prés Salés Nature Reserve, and you can't fail to stroll around the huts before tasting delicious oysters from the Bassin. If you like ocean beaches, nature and calm, cycling and hiking on the coastal path, this destination will delight you.
