Located in the village of Villemurlin, along the D55, this single-storey accommodation for 3 people is an ideal place for a stay in Sologne. You can also enjoy the land, shared with the owners' house. Everything is on the ground floor. Entrance with cupboard (washing machine). Large living room with a functional open kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals with family or friends. The dining area has a large wooden table and chairs. The lounge area for relaxing is equipped with a sofa bed (128x190), two armchairs and a television. A pleasant independent bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and its open bathroom (shower, sink, electric towel dryer). Separate WC On the land, shared with the owners, a private garden furniture will be installed for sunny days. Parking on site, next to your accommodation. The property being a former stable, boxes and paddock for horses are available for rent, only on request from the owners. Enclosure with chickens a few meters away.
