Your host : In 2004, Noëlle and Yves bought the old priory adjoining the church of Beaulieu sur Sonnette. Driven by the same passion for architecture and history, they completely restored this 15th century priory, modified in the 18th century, in order to create a place that resembles them... Interior architect and designer, Yves has carried out research in the departmental archives, then recreated the structures and destroyed walls, such as those of the tower, brought to light the old openings and chimneys, proceeded with the fittings of modern comfort, then produced the unique pieces that make up the furniture.
