Cottage 35m2, comfortable with private hot tub, 5 km from Carcassonne. Our cottage is an outbuilding of our main house. It is quiet and not overlooked. New construction dating from 2022, sunny, double glazing, terrace and private parking. Description of accommodation: - 1 Living room - Living room with convertible sofa (160 x 190 mattress), equipped kitchen - 1 Bedroom with an ultra-comfortable 160x200 bed - 1 bathroom - Air conditioner - Independent arrival possible - Small animals accepted, please consult us on this subject. - Hot Tub with access all year round.
