Nestled on the banks of the Loire, this lovely apartment has been tastefully renovated for your comfort. With two beautiful bedrooms, a bright living room, a charming balcony overlooking the Loire and its own parking space, l'Inattendu has plenty to offer. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, and is ideal for business trips or holidays with family and friends. - 65m2 APARTMENT on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a secure building - WALKING distance to public transport and local shops - 1 dedicated, secure PARKING SPACE provided free of charge - 2 BEDROOMS each with double bed (160;200) - LARGE, BRIGHT LIVING ROOM with lounge and dining area. The living room has a 102;180 sofa bed, suitable for 1 adult (or possibly 2 children). - BALCONY with small furniture for a coffee break - BED LINEN AND TOWELS of hotel standard are provided, so you don't need to load your luggage. - BEDS WILL BE PREPARED ON ARRIVAL
