It consists of: 1 living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bed 140x190 cm, 1 shower room/wc, enclosed common land, garden, terrace of 15m², garden furniture, communal swimming pool , barbecue, parking, reversible air conditioning , washing machine, freezer compartment, .Possibility of renting household linen. Possibility of final cleaning option .This cottage is located 01 km from the shops, 03 km from the beaches, 02 km from the city centre.Bus stops are located 15 minutes walk away. You will enjoy being in the countryside while being close to the city.
