A spacious double beds room with en-suit bath room well kept to its complete "step-back in time" fashion is on the first level ( above ground) of this large village house in Tourtour, Var, previously owned by 20th century's most famous satirical cartoonist Ronald Searle and Monica Searle between 1975 to 2011. A Shared kitchenette and a Shared Kitchen are located ONE LEVEL UP on the middle terrance overlooking the village and beautiful skyline of Provence. The house is just a minute walking away from the centre square of the village Tourtour, one of France most beautiful villages ( Les plus beaux village de France). You have access to private room, private bath, shared Kitchenette & Kitchen, dinning area in the Kitchen and dining area on the terrace. Cooking essentials are provided but we have no food option. High speed wifi is available in your private bed room.

Guest access The property is a minute walking to the centre village square. Tourtour is car free zone all year around. It takes 5 min- max 7 min from public free parking lot to the property. Tourtour is 40 mins drive to les Gorges du Verdon, 40 mins drive to Les lacs de Sainte-Croix, 1 hour drive to Saint Tropez and approx. 40 mins drive to the lavender fields at Valensole. About Tourtour, officially registered site among the most beautiful village in France ( les Plus Beaux Village), a Michelin star since 2015, Tourtour is at an altitude of 650 m it overlooks a large part of Provence from Frejus, Saint Tropez, and the Mediterranean in the east, up to Saint Victoire mountains and Venture in the west. Away from the main lines of communication and dear to the artists, Tourtour offers a charming stay. Gorges du Verdon & Lacs saint Croix is only 40 mins drive away from Tourtour.
