## The space -THE ACCOMMODATION- You'll enjoy a bright, fully-renovated apartment, with a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room for greater conviviality, a comfortable bedroom with 140x190 bedding, a bathroom with shower, and a tasteful decor: everything has been carefully thought out for your comfort and well-being. The apartment is located on the 10th floor, without elevator. There's a chest of drawers for your belongings. Bed linen and towels are also provided. -LOCATION The location is ideal: you'll be staying in a district right in the heart of Le Havre city center, a stone's throw from places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Niemeyer cultural center), the fishing port with its famous fish market, and the Quai Southampton with its bars and restaurants, as well as a promenade offering breathtaking sunset views. -ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE For independent arrival, keys are available from 5pm, 7 days a week. All key collection instructions will be given to you before your arrival. ## Guest access - Car parking is easy at the foot of the building on boulevard Clemenceau. During your stay, you'll find it easy to get around town on foot from the apartment: the beach, marina, Docks, town hall, train station and bus station are all within a 14-minute walk. ## Guest interaction In order to exchange with us, you can write to us in priority on the Airbnb messaging system and if you need to, don't hesitate to use my phone number. ## Other things to note We offer professional mid-stay cleaning services for stays of more than 10 nights, including linen replacement and housekeeping (dusting, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning). This service is subject to a charge and will be invoiced at the same price as the cleaning fee in the advertisement. ## The neighborhood The location is ideal: you'll be staying in a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Le Havre, a stone's throw from all the places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Niemeyer cultural center), the fishing port with its famous fish market and the Southampton quay with its bars and restaurants and its promenade with breathtaking sunset views. ## Getting around Public transport is easily accessible. To get to your accommodation, you can use public transport, such as the bus or streetcar. Depending on your location, don't hesitate to use the LIA app to guide you on your route. If you arrive by train, you can take the streetcar to the beach stop.
