On the village square, renovated stylish gite, on the 1st floor of a mansion of 1850 and decorated with great taste and creativity by the owners. Living-room with TV. Fitted kitchen with access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140cm and 1 bed of 160cm). Shower room and separate toilet. Pleasant terrace of 15 m². Public parking in front of the gîte. Sheets, final cleaning, towels, electricity and central oil heating included in the rates. Renovation and decoration in respect of authentic materials: exposed stones, oak parquet flooring, antique linen, luminaries with recovered wood, for an original and refined result. Ground floor occupied by the daughter of the owners. Laignes is a small village, located on the road of Crémant in Haute Côte-d'Or and neighbor of the departments of Yonne and Aube. On the spot: shops, resurgence and 12th century tower. Nearby: the Châtillonnais Museum and its imposing Vase de Vix. The Abbey of Fontenay, classified World Heritage of Unesco. The vineyards of Champagne. The castles of Bussy-Rabutin, Tanlay, Ancy le Franc and Maulnes. Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Numerous walks in the surroundings, in the forests of Châtillonnais, future national park Champagne-Bourgogne.
