Housing of 37m2, on the ground floor, located in the heart of the village PIERRE ET VACANCES, it consists of a living room with an open kitchen, with 2 banquettes, one of which can serve as a single bed, a bedroom with double bed, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet. Equipped with a TV, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and large closets, you can enjoy its terrace and its small private garden facing south.

The Village Pierre et Vacances de Moliets is a 3* holiday club. In an atmosphere full of serenity, in the heart of nature, the Village offers a large aquatic area of 4 swimming pools with paddling pools. In addition: -Activities offered by the entertainment team: 75euros/week-4 people; 95euros/week-5 people and + -Wifi of the Village Pierre et Vacances -Tennis courts -catering *A concierge service will be your contact before and during your stay: the Conciergerie Sud Landes. *End of stay cleaning is included in the rate, however the apartment must be returned in very good conditions. *Deposit of 300euros requested by credit card print, 10 days before arrival via specialized website. *Autonomous arrival with the key box SERVICES TO BE RESERVED BY THE CONCIERGE: -Rental of sheets and beds made on arrival (13/15 euros per bed) -Towel rental (5 euros/person) -Rental Baby kit (bed + chair 20euros/stay) -Baby bed rental (10 euros/stay)
