The bright and quiet apartment, completely renovated, consists of a beautiful living room sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed sea view, a bedroom with two single beds and balcony, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Sheets and towels in supplement on request for stays lower than 7 nights: 20 euros/person. The apartment: Located on the second floor with elevator, the ideal apartment for a stay with family or friends. Day area: - Large bright living room facing south-west with a magnificent view of the bay of Erquy! - Dining area with a table and 4 chairs - Living room fitted out with armchairs, coffee table, TV - Open kitchen fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, plates, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher. Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm, magnificent sea view - Bedroom 2: two single beds 80 x 200 cm that can be grouped into a double bed. Balcony for relaxing (no sea view). - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet Other remarks: - Sheets and towels included for stays of 7 nights and more. Extra charge for sheets and towels for stays of less than 7 nights: 20 euros / person. - The cleaning must be done before your departure. You can ask the concierge for the cleaning at an extra charge: 90 euros / stay.
