Come and stay in this pretty, functional and comfortable 18M2 studio, ideally located and slightly off-center to enjoy the peace and quiet, you will be just a few steps from all amenities: restaurant, bakery, grocery store, etc. 5 minutes' walk from the city center and historic sites You would enjoy a nice little terrace with barbecue Private/free parking space in the driveway under your window +Secure bike storage Perfect for couples/solo for tourism or professional travel The studio is on the 1st floor with a half-turn staircase (~15 steps) Property composed of 3 apartments - a 140 x 190 double bed with Emma mattress (the bed will be ready on your arrival with a towel/person) -A dividing piece of furniture between the bed and the living room space that can be used as storage for your clothes and personal items -Two comfortable armchairs for watching television (6 DTT channels), a table with folding tops + two chairs, some games available in the trunk - A kitchen area with mini fridge, microwave, induction hob, Senseo, kettle, utensils/dishware and cookware - Bathroom: bathtub and WC - Small private terrace out of sight - Private and free parking space - Free secure bike storage -Wifi available for free We provide some basic necessities so you can start your stay with peace of mind. *charcoal not provided
