Maisonnette indépendante, rénovée dans le style atelier industriel ,l'annexe peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes et vous permet de profiter d’un séjour en totale autonomie avec un accès au jardin partagé. Proche de toutes commodités et à 6 min.à pied de la gare de Bry sur Marne, le RER A vous emmène en 15 minutes dans le centre de Paris et aux portes de Disney en 20 min. Ancienne grange rénovée, l’annexe du Vieux Puits vous permet de profiter d’un séjour en totale autonomie. Cette maisonnette très lumineuse avec vue panoramique sur le jardin est composée : - D’une pièce à vivre avec grand canapé-lit d'angle (140×200), télévision, table de salle à manger et cuisine équipée (plaques, lave vaisselle, frigo, micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso, Bouilloire, grille pain, ventilateur, lave linge dans le batiment) - D’une chambre avec un lit double (140×200) et une grande armoire/penderie. - D’une salle de bain et de toilettes séparées.
## The neighborhood Le quartier est très agréable, pavillonnaire, familial et proche des Bords de Marne. A 5 minutes à pied vous trouverez beaucoup de petits commerces : épicerie, tabac/presse, coiffeur, boulangerie, boucherie, bar, banque, restaurants, supermarché, cordonnier, pharmacie. ## Getting around Situé entre Paris et Disneyland, la maison est très bien placée et très pratique d'accès. elle se trouve à 500m de la station "Bry sur Marne" du RER A, Avec le RER, vous êtes à 12 min de Paris, 20 min de Disneyland et 50 min des aéroports
