You are 10 minutes from the Grand Place and the Opera, and 15 minutes from Lille Flandres station. Shops and restaurants are at the end of the street. Parking 5 minutes away. This charming little house in a cul-de-sac comprises two levels Ground floor: - A living room, lounge and dining room - Fully equipped kitchen, - A rear courtyard with table and chairs First floor: - One bedroom with double bed - A shower room The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. The bed and cleaning are done before your arrival, and all household linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels. The courtyard of the house is shared with the neighbours (the neighbours rarely use it). You'll love being so close to the centre of Lille and the Citadelle!
