Le CHAI, c’est la partie de la bâtisse où se déroulait tout le processus de vinification, depuis l’arrivée de la vendange jusqu’à la mise en bouteille. Lauréat du concours « Rénovation Maison de Campagne » du Magazine Maisons et Travaux, ce loft de 75m2 avec entrée indépendante et pouvant héberger jusqu’à 6 personnes fera le plaisir des amoureux de grands volumes, de vieilles pierres et de poutres bi-centenaires imposantes.
Des voyageurs au long cours, originaires de la région, ayant décidé de poser leurs bagages dans le Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées. Après une année à voyager autour du monde, à séjourner chez l'habitant, nous décidons lors de notre retour de nous lancer à la recherche d'une maison qui pourra accueillir des visiteurs.
