You’ll find everything you need within 5 minutes' walk: supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, bank, cafés, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere with local charm. Just a 5-minute walk from La Défense (RER A, Metro line 1, Tram T2, SNCF), and only 15 minutes by transport to the Arc de Triomphe and central Paris (Champs-Élysées, Louvre, etc.). Ideal for business trips, concerts at Paris La Défense Arena (15/20 min walk), or sightseeing. Parks, green spaces and walking paths nearby offer a peaceful setting after a busy day in the city
