The loft has an ideal geographical location. 5 minutes from the station. In the heart of the city center of the Venise du Gâtinais. About a hundred meters away, the pedestrian shopping street (afternoon only) as well as various bars and restaurants. A brand new Marina and its tavern are located 200m from the building on the canal. For lovely walks, come and discover the lake and canals of Montargis. You can also park your car in the courtyard secured by an electric gate and a digital code. 1 hour from Paris and 50 minutes from Orléans. A bus stop is located right in front of the apartment. Montargis station is 5 minutes away by car and serves Lyon and Bercy stations, among others. A large number of shops, bars and restaurants are accessible within a few minutes on foot.
