A haven of peace on the heights of Menton, 5 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the town center. This south-facing villa enjoys year-round sunshine, with sea views from every room. The patio invites you to barbecue, relax on the deckchairs and unwind in the Jacuzzi. You can also enjoy a roaring fire in winter. Access to the Villa is by steps only (approx. 30). Private, sheltered parking at the foot of the Villa. A guide to activities, restaurants and leisure activities, specially selected by your Fançrois host, will be sent to you by e-mail once your stay has been confirmed. A few days before your arrival, you will also receive all practical instructions concerning the villa.
The concierge is at your disposal for any request during your entire stay. Telephone assistance is available 7 days a week. Check-in takes place between 3 and 8 pm. Please contact us by telephone at least 24 hours before your arrival to arrange key collection. Any loss of keys during your stay will be billed. To ensure a smooth departure, don't forget to take out the rubbish, put away the dishes and empty the fridge. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Check-out is between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Please contact Arnaud the day before your departure. The villa is non-smoking. All linen is provided.
The town center is just a 10-minute drive away, as are the beaches and the center of Menton with all its stores and boutiques. The house is located in the Super Garavan district. The Italian border is less than 5 minutes away by car.
