Very well located, this small house full of charm (fireplace, cement tiles, etc.) with its shaded courtyard (garden furniture) is close to the city center, the arenas, the Paul Riquet alleys. You will appreciate its calm (small one-way street) and its landscaped courtyard of 20m2. The house is composed on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, vegetable cutter, etc.), a living room and 1 floor including a bathroom (with bathtub) and 2 bedrooms. (1 double bed and 2 twin beds that can be separated or not). Reversible air conditioning of course. Ideally located, close to the center, its restaurants, and its shops, in a one-way alley. As for the charm of the place: the photos speak for themselves.
Béziers city center is just a few minutes' walk away, with its pedestrian streets, pretty houses, and Saint-Nazaire Cathedral. Very pleasant walks await you (Fonseranes Locks, mini-farm, beaches, etc.). The sea is a 15-minute drive away.
