Lovely renovated old house situated privately in the middle of nature, overlooking a valley with walnut trees and walking paths. Perfect for nature-lovers and people who want to enjoy the simplicity and calmness of the French country-side. With the comfort and pleasure of a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the valley, a large terrace for your breakfast or evening meals, and the ample opportunities to visit vineyards, markets and good restaurant nearby. The chalet has a well equipped kitchen with seating area, a bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there's open living room with a hardwood floor and a sleeping couch. The swimming area and garden is shared, but enough space and seating areas to enjoy your privacy.

We're Bart and Regine, a couple from the Netherlands, happily splitting up our time between Amsterdam and France. Regine is a dance teacher and Bart is a furniture-builder and social worker. Our house is located on the same property as the chalet, with enough space in between for privacy but nearby enough for questions.

Lot-et-Garonne is a beautiful, sunny and rather non-touristy region. Nearby the house there are plenty of beautiful, nice villages, markets and outdoor activities.
