Charming 200-year old cottage, sympathetically restored. The price quoted is for renting the entire house - three double bedrooms, bathroom with a bath and a shower, additional ensuite WC to one of the bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room. Free Cable channels and Netflix. Quiet village location, with an excellent choice of country walks in the surrounding area. Yet, within a short walk of amenities. Your quintessential French bakery is just across the road (literally!!!). Also, just a stone's throw away, you will find an excellent Pizzaria, a well-stocked Grocers, Butchers/Traiteur, a Pharmacy, a Post Office and a Surgery. Children's playground. Saturday morning market in the square. Located just 6 mins (10 kms/6 miles) South East of La Rochelle (reached by one straight dual carriageway). Ten mins from Marans and Le Marais Poitevin with long walks by the canals....... Free private parking for two/three cars or a camper van. Regular (hourly) bus service to La Rochelle. Large secluded garden, including a sunny patio. Large Orangery. Fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. Tassimo coffee machine
