This wonderful apartment is located in a luxury residence just steps from "Plage des Sports" beach and 5 minutes by car (or, even better, by bus) from the Croisette, with a 15-minute walk. It is the only apartment on the floor, ensuring absolute privacy. It offers 3 bedrooms (one child’s room), 3 bathrooms (two en-suite), and 2 king-size beds. A spacious living room with large windows opens onto a furnished terrace surrounding the apartment. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. Free parking and a private garage next to the entrance, perfect for electric car charging and convenient for loading goods. A private swimming pool is available to residence guests. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi. Please note: this is not a serviced apartment. If you prefer not to handle daily upkeep, our trusted cleaner is available on request. We recommend light cleaning every 2–3 days.
