Beautiful appartment, recently renovated, on three floors, in a chalet with three appartements. Independant entrance. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic, ideal for families as there is a playroom in the basement with games and toys available and a garden. 5 min by car to Morillon cable car on 3 skibus stops (closest stop in 500 m away). In walking distance from Morillon bakery, pharmacist, doctor and grocery shop. 5 min to large Carrefour supermarket. 7 min by car to Samoens. Central location, 1 hour to Geneva , 1 hour to Annecy, 40 min to Chamonix.
Quiet area, close to nature and walks. Small cul-de-sac road with one small metal worker's shop and 3 chalets. Small garden of 80 m2 available for guests. 15 min walk to Morillon village, restaurants, bakery. Pizzeria van 10 min walk.
