Welcome to this 65 sqm fully equipped apartment, designed as a charming and vibrant Parisian enclave. Sky blue merges with terracotta to create a comfortable, natural-toned design. Thoughtfully crafted by an interior designer, this spacious, ultra-trendy setting ensures a comfortable stay. Each of the 2 modernly refined bedrooms has its own bathroom and toilet—one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

Malakoff is a charming town just next to Paris. Known for its friendly atmosphere and green spaces, it offers a peaceful living environment. With a lively market (on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday morning), welcoming cafes, and numerous cultural facilities, Malakoff appeals to both families and professionals. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the metro (Line 13), providing quick access to Paris and making it an ideal place to enjoy the best of both worlds. Very pleasant area to walk, clean and safe! We do organise transfer from/to the Airport / Train station with our professional drivers, if needed. (extra cost) Metro : - Malakoff - Rie Etienne Dolet : Ligne 13 Direct access to : Montparnasse, Invalides, Champs-Elysées, Saint Lazare, Stade de France (Olympics)... - Mairie de Montrouge : Ligne 4 Direct access to : Saint Germain; Saint Michel, Chatelet, Gare de L'est, Gare du Nord
