Enjoying a beautiful view of the green area surrounding the town of Valbonne, Apartment Number 1 is located at the southern end of Châteauneuf. You will enjoy a 50 m² apartment with a pergola covering a 25 m² terrace (table for 6 people and plastic armchairs) and a private, shaded, and flowered garden of 250 m². The apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (king-size bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Several amenities are at your disposal, including high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), a dedicated workspace for remote work, and a smart TV with multilingual streaming services. A sauna (6 seats) is located next to the pool, with a shower and separate toilets, as well as a large 100 m² terrace and a covered area of 70 m². Two private parking spaces and a wood-fired barbecue complete the outdoor facilities. The 70 m² infinity pool uses a gentle treatment (without salt or chlorine) and has counter-current swimming. Public transport is within walking distance. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and pets are not permitted. The apartment is on one level, without steps. The property is equipped with water and energy-saving devices, with electricity produced by photovoltaic panels. Sustainable materials were used for construction and insulation. Bus services to the airport and train stations are available from the village of Valbonne.
