Hello and welcome to my appartment ! It is a brand new building located right by the Seine. The appartment has a big terrasse from where you can see the Seine while getting tanned, or enjoying a glass of wine. The exposition of the terrasse is South, so you will enjoy the sun whatever period of the year. The decoration of the flat is modern, with a lot of space and closets so people can easily keep their belongings. FREE WIFI AND NETFLIX INCLUDED
My name is Pierre, I am a 28 years old parisian, born in Paris. As a big traveller myself, it appears normal for me to welcome guests from all over the world. I speak french english and spanish. I do my best to make all my guests feel welcome at my own place.
The building is along the parisian river. Both RER C station and the Tram station "Issy Val de Seine" are located 4 minutes walk from my place. You can reach "Porte de Versailles" Trade Show within 12 minutes or the Eiffel Tower within 15 minutes using thoses public tranports. Also, a taxis station is right next to the appartement (in the same street) : it takes 6 minutes to go to Parc des Princes Soccer Stadium and 10 minutes to go to Roland Garros Tennis Stadium. There is a supermarket 4 minutes walk from the appartement. Also many restaurants are in the area, including a fancy one called "River café" located on a barge on the Seine River (great cocktails and wonderful food !)
