For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as the end of stay cleaning.

For reservations of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply.

Bachelor parties and other such parties are not permitted in this establishment.

It is possible to arrive outside reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance.

Guest need to return first the key for the room before living.
