Classified ** 20m² studio apartment for 2 people + north/west facing balcony on the 1st floor by lift of a small secure residence with 1200m² grounds in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from the town centre and 10 minutes from the thermal baths, municipal shuttle bus 2 minutes away. Direct access to the lift from the basement. TV, WiFi, 1st necessity products available Minimum 14-day rental You bring your own towels or rent them from our concierge. Easy parking close to the Residence. Bicycle garage available at extra cost. Compulsory deposit not debited by credit card imprint by Swikly (Mangopay/Crédit Mutuel Arkéa).
We are a retired BabyBoomer couple (55 years old), and we want to offer our holidaymakers a studio that meets our expectations in terms of comfort, decoration, facilities and tourism. We love discovering countries and their riches, from Marrakech to Vienna (Austria), via France, Spain, Portugal and Italy, and keeping photographic memories of them.
Quiet residential area. Free-flowing traffic and easy parking, 250 m from the town centre: shops, Town Hall, Tourist Office, etc. Self-service launderette on the way to the spa (drop off your clothes on your way to the spa and pick them up on your way back). Walks along the river Tech, the Mondony gorges, the Montbolo orientation table, the medieval villages of Palalda and Corsavy, Arles sur Tech, etc.
