Welcome to Paris! What would you say about spending a romantic stay in the heart of the capital? I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 30 square meters studio with balcony located in the heart of the 18th district of Paris. You will stay at 10 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur. I wish you a very good stay ! ## Logement I am delighted to welcome you in my apartment located in the heart of Paris. My apartment is brand new and bright. You will like it ! It is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a television, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Vacuum cleaner, Microwave, Iron. You will have a beautiful balcony which will be very appreciated. My accommodation will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay, the advantage is that it is located near various public transport. You can also walk or bike! A large square is located at the foot of the building, and you will be only 10 minutes walk from the Sacré-Coeur, and 5 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouges, which are emblematic sites of the capital! You will be able to visit Paris and its various tourist sites: The Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes away by Metro line 2, 25 minutes away by Metro line 1 from the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Pantheon is 35 minutes away by Metro line 12, 20 minutes away from the Palais Garnier and 10 minutes away by foot from the Sacré Coeur. The neighborhood is dynamic and you will have a wide choice of shops nearby such as the Intermarché EXPRESS Paris at 2 minutes walk and the SUPERETTE DE MONTMARTRE at 3 minutes. You will also find many restaurants, bars and theaters in the area.
