Pleasant two-rooms with garden in front of sea 32m2 flat entirely renovated. Terrace/ garden of 28m2 facing south. Ideally located facing the sea in a very nice residence with a landscaped park of 6 hectares. With this accommodation you have a free private parking.

Bus stop at 150 m Bus N ° 22 direction "Cannes train station" to reach Cannes in 30 min Bike paths along the shore. Restaurants, shopping centers and the market of Cannes-la-Bocca 5 minutes by car. Hike and mountain bike at the Esterel Nature Park 25 minutes drive towards theoule sur mer.
