Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: 60€ per stay to be paid to the property directly. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. These fees are applied all the year but removed only for the month of July and August.

stay between October 15 and April 30 of each year: heating billed at actual cost (proof of price of KW/hour given to the customer) with meter reading on arrival and reading on departure. Payable at the end of the stay in cash or check.
