The cottage offers you: - a living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge (sleeping possible for 1 additional child - convertible sofa) - two bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds) - a bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet Outside : - an equipped and private terrace (weber barbecue) and a private garden of 1000 m² You will appreciate the heated swimming pool (1m40 depth with wide steps for children) open from April 1st to October 1st with no time restrictions. Near the swimming pool area there is a toilet with washing machine. The swimming pool is shared with the owners living adjoining (behind the gite so no vis-à-vis between the two houses) and with the second gîte 56G25146 (also adjoining). Private parking.

In the heart of a small hamlet, Ty Brestivan is a charming vacation rental in an old farm. The owners wanted to respect the architecture of this typical Breton farmhouse while including modern comfort. The cottage's key asset: a large 10 x 4 m heated swimming pool under a sliding shelter that can be fully discovered, something for young and old alike! Nature and sea lovers will appreciate the town of Theix-Noyalo, between land and sea, combining the charm of the countryside with the proximity of the Gulf of Morbihan. Here, you will be only about fifteen kilometers from the Atlantic beaches. To reach Vannes without taking the car, a bus stop is 200 m away.
