The house is fully functional, bright and quiet; a true Corner of Paradise where you can enjoy two terraces, one of which is covered, the fenced garden and the above-ground swimming pool with family or friends. Beautifully decorated, it has an entrance, a living room with kitchen, three spacious bedrooms each with a double bed, a laundry room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Car parking within the property possible, secure gate. You will immediately have to discover the ocean 10km away by car, the local and night markets in the village 4 minutes away by bike, lakes and forests, cycle paths and trails, surfing and other numerous summer activities and entertainment on the coast.
