Delightful studio apartment, 4th floor of a luxury building located on Nice's fabulous Promenade des Anglais -all of Nice's beaches directly at your doorstep. Elevator, air conditioning, wi fi, queen sized bed, kitchen, bathroom and lovely terrace with spectacular sea views. Great shops, bars, restaurants and cafes a walk away and the new Tram system of Nice allows you to hop on a tram from the airport and be in your apartment in 15 to twenty minutes. Save money on a cab and catch a tram !
Business woman I have a Manager in Nice who will meet and greet and settle you in to your apartment and provide you with local points of interest and information and your keys. Once you are booked you will provide me with your personal email address and I will send you his complete details to coordinate and confirm your meeting time and place on your date of arrival. He has two office in Nice, and facilities for leaving luggage also should you need to on your date of departure.
The panoramic views of the Baie des Anges, and the seven kilometres of beach front. Great restaurants on the beach, lounge chairs, umbrellas are all available for rent. Local bakers, grocery stores, cafes, outdoor restaurants and access to all that Nice has to offer. Hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons, pharmacies and even a local walk in clinic are all within a short walk away. The new local tram system of Nice stops right behind our building at MAGNAN. Exit and walk down to the sea to the Promenade des Anglasis, turn right and the building is about a two minute walk along the Promenade des Anglais. Number 143 - VAGUE BLU. The same tram can take you into the centre of Nice, or Place Garibaldi a great spot for eating out and people watching, and the Port of Nice, another great dining location
