Villa des Oliviers welcomes families and friends to stay in a beautifully appointed luxury villa. Set in a private, peaceful residential area this Californian style four-bedroom residence is modern and minimal with a neutral, airy and bright interior. Situated in a garden of olive trees, facing the vineyards of Bellet, this Californian villa of 250m2 has panoramic views looking into nature thanks to its huge sliding electric bay windows. There is plenty of space for up to 8, perfect-for-families where you can enjoy all the perks of a secluded stay, panoramic views, gardens, activities and Sun-worshippers have a variety of terraces for lounging and dining. But if there’s one thing to coax you outside, it’ll be the heated blue infinity pool overlooking the hills and vineyards. When it all gets a bit hot the 55sq m lower shaded terrace is relief from the sun with undercover sofas near the pool as well as a dining area. Furthermore it invites evening BBQ alfresco dining with gas BBQ and an electric griddle (flattop grill). This is a prime spot for exploring the French Riviera and all the attractions of the Côte-d’Azur.

In terms of nature, there are countless excursions to coves, beaches, hikes, rivers and lakes in the region and you will be perfectly located to take full advantage of them. Perfect days out for children are the Aqua splash water park, Marineland zoo and Antibeland adventure theme park just 30 minutes drive. Also 30 minutes drive is St Paul de Vence where you can walk through the maze of cobbled streets. Saint-Paul’s undeniably rich heritage includes its famous fountain, breathtaking views, Provencal authenticity and this prestigious site attracts artists, visitors and old-stone architecture enthusiasts. In winter it is just 1 hour drive to three ski resorts. Nice International Airport is just 15 minutes Autoroute A8 exit 52 just 10 minutes allows quick travel to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes.
