An energy consumption package of 9 KWH/day for T5 and 6 KWH/day for T2 is included in the rental allowing normal use of the accommodation and all or part of the heating/air conditioning depending on the seasons and the personal use of the customers. Overconsumption will be billed at a price of 0.35 euro/KW and may be indexed to the EDF Corsica price depending on the evolution of the price of electricity.
