Relax in this magnificent apartment located 350 m from the beaches of Milady and Marbella, benefiting from a terrace with a view of the ocean, the mountains and the Bay of Biscay. Very well located a few minutes from the city center. Ideal for a couple, it also has a convertible sofa offering a bed of 140 cm for 2 other people maximum. Several beach restaurants Surf schools and board rentals Large play area for children

Southern district of Biarritz offering walks on the sand from the famous beach of the Côte des Basques to the beaches of bidart (8 beaches in succession). Numerous surf schools (Marbella, Milady, Côte des Basques, …) Golf course, equestrian center are also nearby Very good restaurants within walking distance (Milady Beach, La plancha, Chez Erik, La Tantina de Burgos, …) Playground for children at Milady beach A Natura 2000 listed lake is also a few minutes walk away.
