This high quality purpose-built flat is in a modern development which has a spacious lounge with flat TV and fast broadband wifi for the whole property: The separate bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe still plenty space for a cot. The bathroom has a double shower, heated floor, wash basin and toilet The fully fitted kitchen had all appliances necessary including microwave over, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven; washing machine and breakfast bar semi open to the lounge

Neighbourhood information

The property is close to Greenwich Park and Blackheath for easy access to the museums and historical monument that Royal Borough of Greenwich has on offer all with FREE entry as well as plenty fresh air and keeping fit in the royal parks or Blackheath. The development has a short cut to local Asda superstore on the corner. Sainsbury local and Lewisham Shopping Centre with many familiar shops such as Clarks even a money exchange bureau are all within few minutes’ walk. The property is adjacent to Elverson Road DLR station which offers quick and direct access to Canary Wharf in 16 minutes; 5 minutes’ walk to Lewisham mainline station offering easy and fast access to London Bridge in 10 minutes or further to central London. For anyone coming by car there is FREE parking by the property which is on the ground floor hence no dragging luggage up and down.
