Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment perfectly located with lovely sea views and just a 10 minute walk from the beach. St Ives is just a 5 minute train journey away or a 30 minute costal walk with restaurants, beaches, shops, galleries and more. There are 2 free parking spaces out the back of the building and use of a well tended communal garden. Walking distance from the supermarket and bus stop
