Luxury apartments in a historic grade 2 listed building built in 1800, situated in Birmingham’s Jewellery quarter. The building was renovated in 2022 into several different apartments. One bed, Two beds and Duplex apartments. The apartments infuse with old industrial architecture and modern minimalist décor but remain cosy and full of character.

The Jewellery Quarter is an industry hub, home to more than 100 retailers, diamond dealers, and workshops, as well as the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, with a preserved 1980s workshop. The area is vibrant and has many Restaurants, Coffee shops, Pubs and Bars for you to enjoy. Your apartment is within walking distance of Birmingham City Centre, and It's only a six-minute walk to the nearest train station. Local amenities within walking distance include. A Tesco Express convenience store, ATM and Pharmacy. The nearest car park is a 6-minute walk. Street parking is available on Sunday from 6 pm until 8 am Mon-Sat.
