set right in the heart of the mumbles 30 seconds from the beach front and right in the centre of town surrounded by all bars restaurants takeaways and shops. 10 min stroll to the pier and in short driving distance to Swansea town centre and all the beaches in the Gower peninsula we have 4 spacious bedrooms living room a dining room with access to a pool table and table tennis table ideal for all family fun. a small patio area to the rear A kitchen with everything needed plus twin draw air fryer sea views from two front bedrooms
