It is located on Sandhills in a quiet plot approx 5 mins walk from Skyline Pavilion. The caravan is open plan with plenty of lounge seating to relax. It also has a large, well equipped kitchen area with plenty of space for cooking. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin). There is an allocated parking space in the cul-de-sac to the rear of the caravan Large enclosed veranda with ramp access and table and chairs. This really is our home from home and you should find everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay :) Features include; Double Glazing 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 with pull out double sofa bed in lounge) En-suite to master bedroom (Jack & Jill style) Well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, slow cooker, pressure cooker and toastie maker Gas fire Wrap round lounge seating Dining table Blown air heating Free unlimited WIFI Smart TV in lounge TV & DVD player in master bedroom Selection of DVDs USB charging sockets installed to every room Master bathroom with WC, basin, small bath and shower (the bath is ideal for little ones) Additional WC bathroom High chair Travel cot Large enclosed Veranda with secure gate and ramp access Outside table and chairs Fresh bedding is provided free of charge and will be made up ready for arrival (except travel cot & pull out sofa bed) Towels are not provided Sorry we do not accept pets At least 1 guest must be aged 21 or over and we do not allow teenage groups due to previous neglect of the caravan No smoking or vaping is permitted Butlins passes are additional, please message for costs during your anticipated stay Children are not permitted on site during Butlins Big Weekenders. Hi, welcome to our family owned caravan. Located on a quiet Sandhills plot 10 minutes walk from the Butlins Sky Pavilion. Please note that Butlins passes are not included in the prices quoted and are charged additional per person. The prices vary depending on peak/off peak and length of stay. These are compulsory for each guest. Also please note children are not allowed inside Butlins during Adult Only Weekends. Adult only weekend schedules can be found on the Butlins website. Max occupancy for Big Weekends is limited to 6 people. Upon booking we will email guests to arrange passes and payment of refundable security bond. Note all passes must be booked at least 3 days prior to arrival otherwise an additional admin fee will be charged. Please feel free to email any questions prior to making a booking
