Oakridge is set in 40 acres of woodland, situated overlooking St Mellion international golf resort. Home to the famous Nicklaus course. There are plenty of places to explore, many countryside, coastal and riverside walks, beautiful beaches, gardens and historic houses just a short drive away.
Cornwall most enthusiastic literary advocate is Rosamunde Pilcher, whose Cornwall based novels formed the basis of an 89 episode German television series. Filming locations are all around Cornwall, providing the perfect itinerary to explore this part of the world. We have views of St Mellion International Golf course, which is only 5 minutes drive away. We are also 10 minutes away from Cotehele Manor and of course many wonderful beaches are only a short drive away. Mothercumbe Beach is a beautiful beach not too far away. Minack Theatre a must see attraction Tamara Inn for good food Calstock is very nice to walk to Halton Quay. Sharpened House make there own wine and cheese Cawsand & Kindsand you can catch the ferry to Plymouth Hire a canoe to go down the river Tamar at Halton Quay
