Enjoy your holiday in this ground floor semi detached barn conversion, close to the beautiful Freshwater Bay in the peaceful Hamlet of Afton offering :- Adults only. 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. 1 recently renovated shower / toilet room. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine. Dining area and lounge with 43” flat screen, patio doors leading out onto the private, paved, area with table, chairs and umbrella. Outside is a large communal lawned garden. Off road parking. All bed linen, towels, ( except beach towels ) soap, toilet rolls are included.
The beautiful Freshwater Bay is just 2 minutes by car, the super beaches of Compton and Brook are just a couple of miles away. Beautiful coastal walks and stunning country side walks are in abundance in this area. The river Yar is a minute walk away with footpaths that lead to Freshwater and the quaint sailing town of Yarmouth, with its restaurants, pubs, shops and tea rooms. Freshwater offers many shops supplying food, takeaways and gift shops. There are many local eating places, such as pubs, restaurants tea rooms, with The Red Lion, well known for its excellent food only a few minutes away.
