91 Aparthotel Jesmond Road has a strict non-party policy. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.
The property may not be able to accommodate early arrival before 15:00 or late departure after 11:00. Requests cannot be confirmed until the day of the booking. Please do not make arrangements based on any requests as the property cannot guarantee availability in advance.
You will receive an email approximately 24 to 48 hours before your arrival with the details required to access your apartment keys.
A Duty Manager is available 24 hours a day if you require any assistance.
Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.
A valid form of ID must also be presented for all members of the party
