We have 3 bedrooms however, our shared bathroom is only shared by 2 of these bedrooms, a single & a double, this means that a MAXIMUM of 3 people share this facility so it is not overcrowded. Our other double room has its own en-suite facilities. Although located on a main road, the house & rooms are very quiet due to the thickness of the walls. The property has a warm and friend feel about it and, We pay attention to detail and are always willing to help our customers. *REDUCING PLASTIC*. We try where possible to reduce the amount of plastic we use and, each room has recycling facilities. There is local information provided in the tourist area and maps are available. We are conveniently located close to the main route (A9) traveling north or south in the highlands. There is a pub only 40 meters from our front door (The Fluke) which sells a large selection of good quality food. There is also a small convenience store across the road from us. We are only a short 20 minute walk from the city centre where you will find a huge variety of pubs, restaurants and shopping areas. There is also a bus stop only 50m from the house with regular busses into town. If you want to go Nessie hunting, Loch Ness is a short 10 minute drive.

We are located a shore 20 minute walk from town, there are bus stops close by with regular services into town. There is a pub, which also serves food, just across the road from the property, it’s also quiet at night.
