A converted Oast house set on a small 15 acre farm in Frant just outside Tunbridge Wells. Downstairs consists of a roundel kitchen with an AGA, dining room and lounge with large L-shaped sofa which is a double sofa bed and downstairs loo. Upstairs a master bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a bedroom in the Roundel with single bed and a truckle, which is best suited for children. Laundry room with large fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Fully enclosed cottage garden with views over the farm. Space to park several cars in the farm yard
Frant is a pretty village with a green surrounded by period houses, 2 lovely pubs, a beautiful church and lots of walks to Tunbridge Wells and across the Eridge estate. It also has a village shop which somehow manages to sell almost everything and is also a Post Office.
