We are a small family run business based and living in the Callander area. Our Holiday Property Management Company is dedicated to providing a first class, professional and efficient service in order to provide the most memorable holiday experience. We are at hand should you require any information or assistance during your stay.

Property info

Beautifully presented elevated ground floor 2 bedroom holiday home in the heart of the town of Callander. Private front door with door code entry, private parking and outside cycle parking bays. The hallway leads onto the bright and comfortable modern open plan living area with plenty of sitting space and a large TV. This area also has a fully equipped dining kitchen with everything you require for a comfortable stay. Double doors lead onto a balcony & sitting area overlooking the River Teith with stunning garden and mountain views. There are two nicely presented bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and television, the second is a family bedroom comprising of a double bed and single bed. Both have double mirrored wardrobes with ample storage space. A large family bathroom completes this accommodation. You will also find a storage cupboard and coat hooks in the hallway. Towels and bed linen are provided along with other essentials including hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and one toilet roll per bathroom. Kitchen roll, tea towel, dish cloths, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are also provided.

Located on the River Teith in the centre of the town of Callander. Set in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park with Ben Ledi Mountain as its backdrop. Walking distance to all amenities, shops, restaurants and beauty spots such as Bracklin Falls & Loch Venachar. Surrounded by mountains and lochs there are lots of activities on the doorstep including access to walking, cycling and trekking paths and kayaking and canoeing on the rivers and lochs. The choice is endless.
