A beautiful, clean and quiet apartment. This is not managed remotely. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with wardrobes and a chest of drawers to store your clothes. One family bathroom and an en-suite with all essentials provided for a perfect stay. Here's a breakdown of the room arrangements: ∎Bedroom 1 - Double bed with balcony ∎Bedroom 2 - Double bed with ensuite, cuddle seat ∎1 Family bathroom ∎Fully equipped Kitchen with complimentary tea/coffee ∎Lounge with sofa, 50 inch TV and balcony ∎Keybox check-in with Meet and Greet also available ∎Free allocated secure gated parking for 1 vehicle ∎Super-fast fibre WiFi It really is a central location with the city centre only a short bus ride away. The o2 Apollo can be walked to in 20 minutes , no need to catch a taxi. It is the same for the Hospitals, University of Manchester campuses, Manchester Academy and the Curry Mile. United and City stadiums are a short cab ride away. This is primarily a University and Hospital neighbourhood. There are students from both universities and professionals from the hospitals living side by side. With this, there are a variety of eateries and convenience stores nearby. Lidl - 10 min walk Tesco express store - 5 min walk Venus Turkish supermarket for all groceries - 4 min walk Venus Turkish informal restaurant (good priced hot food!) - 4 min walk Florida fried chicken (best fried chicken ever!!) - 5 min walk Next door to the apartment block there is an Italian restaurant and sheesha cafè. The Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester Childrens Hospital, Manchester Royal Eye Hospital are all a brisk ten minutes walk. The University of Manchester campuses are also nearby. The infamous 'Curry Mile' is a 12 min walk away, open all year round. There is a bus stop directly opposite the apartment block which has buses every ten minutes going into the city centre. All in all it is a brilliant location.
